Ashley Gilliam

Consulting Vice President

Ashley Gilliam is a Consulting Vice President working with IDC Energy Insights, IDC Manufacturing Insights and IDC Retail Insights. In this role, she is responsible for working with energy companies, manufacturing companies, retailers and IT vendors to provide custom research and consulting services to support a range of needs including IT strategy, sales and marketing initiatives, and business process improvements. Ms. Gilliam leverages her extensive research and consulting background to help clients respond to business change and technology issues in the aerospace, automotive, chemicals, consumer goods, electronics, and energy industries.

Ms. Gilliam brings more than 10 years of consulting experience to her role. Previously, she worked at Accenture where her past clients included Motorola PCS, Siemens Westinghouse, Taiwan Semiconductor, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Ericsson, and Ocean Spray Cranberries.

Ms. Gilliam graduated with honors from the Boston University Graduate School of Management where she earned an M.B.A with a concentration in Information Systems. Her B.S. in Communications is also from Boston University.
